Our 4-Layer Coating Process

Step 1: Concrete Preparation

A great floor starts with proper preparation. We diamond grind the concrete surface to remove contaminants, open the pores of the concrete, and create the ideal profile for maximum coating adhesion. Cracks and minor surface imperfections are repaired before installation begins.

Step 2: Polyurea Base Coat

Next, we apply a premium polyurea base coat that penetrates and bonds directly to the prepared concrete surface. This layer creates the foundation of the system, delivering exceptional adhesion, flexibility, and long-term durability.

Step 3: Full-Broadcast Decorative Flake

While the base coat is still active, decorative vinyl flakes are broadcast across the entire floor surface to rejection. This creates a beautiful, uniform appearance while adding texture, depth, and additional durability to the coating system.

Step 4: Polyaspartic Top Coat

After excess flake is removed and the surface is prepared, a clear polyaspartic top coat is applied to lock everything together. This final layer provides UV stability, stain resistance, chemical resistance, and long-lasting protection while delivering a clean, professional finish.
